Hayley Williams was offered a solo recording contract as a teenager but chose instead to form Paramore so she could perform with a band. ### She co-founded the haircare company Good Dye Young in 2016, inspired by her iconic brightly coloured hairstyles. ### Williams became the first woman to win the Grammy Award for 'Best Rock Album' as a bandleader when Paramore won for 'This Is Why' in 2024.

Hayley Williams is an American singer, songwriter and musician best known as the lead vocalist and co-founder of the rock band Paramore.

Renowned for her powerful voice, dynamic stage presence and emotionally honest songwriting, Williams has become one of the defining figures of 21st-century alternative rock.
