Mark Hoppus co-founded blink-182 in 1992 alongside Tom DeLonge and drummer Scott Raynor, helping establish the band as one of the defining acts of the pop-punk movement. In 2021, Hoppus publicly revealed he had been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. After undergoing chemotherapy, he announced later that year that he was cancer-free. Mark Hoppus is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer and author best known as the bassist, co-lead vocalist and co-founder of blink-182.
