Limp Bizkit are an American rap rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1994 by vocalist Fred Durst, bassist Sam Rivers and drummer John Otto, later joined by guitarist Wes Borland and DJ Lethal.
Blending nu metal, hip-hop, alternative metal and hard rock, the band became one of the defining acts of the late 1990s and early 2000s through multi-platinum albums including ‘Three Dollar Bill, Y’all$’, ‘Significant Other’, ‘Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water’ and ‘Results May Vary’.
Known for their explosive live performances and genre-defining sound, Limp Bizkit played a pivotal role in bringing nu metal into the mainstream.
