Lana Del Rey shares new 'Doin' Time' video

Lana Del Rey has shared her new video for her Sublime cover ‘Doin’ Time.’ In the Rich Lee-directed clip we see the singer wandering the streets of Los Angeles as a surreal giant.

Norman Fucking Rockwell, the upcoming sixth studio album from Del Rey, will be released on August 30 and will be made up of 14 different songs in collaboration with Jack Antonoff

Arriving as the follow-up to 2017 album Lust For Life, the new record will also include the previously released singles ‘Mariners apartment complex’, ‘Venice Bitch‘ and ‘Hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have–but I have it’.

Now though, Del Rey has released some surreal visuals to accompany her latest effort ‘Doin’ Time’, a cover of 1997 song by American band Sublime.

Enjoy it, below.

Del Rey recently spoke about the recent number of mass shootings in America, which she takes aim at in her song ‘Looking For America.’

She pleaded for a change, stating: “Now I know I’m not a politician and I’m not trying to be so excuse me for having an opinion but in light of all of the mass shootings and the back to back shootings in the last couple of days which really affected me on a cellular level I just wanted to post this video,”

The singer, all set to release her new album Norman Fucking Rockwell tomorrow (30th August), recently shared two videos as anticipation builds around the new material.
