Watch Oasis perform ‘Wonderwall’ at final show of 2025 reunion tour in São Paulo
Oasis have performed their final night of their seismic 2025 reunion tour, closing out proceedings with a massive gig in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Gallagher brothers took to the stage for the final time to play their second night at the city’s Morumbi Stadium, subsequently bringing their 41-date comeback tour to an end.
The shows, which marked the first time the iconic Britpop band had been back together in 16 years, kicked off on July 5th at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, where the brothers delivered a stellar setlist of all their biggest hits.
Along the way, Oasis played a string of emotional homecoming shows in their native Manchester, and also performed seven huge nights at Wembley Stadium in London.
Although Liam Gallagher has claimed that the band need to “sit down and discuss” their future from here, speculation remains rife that more dates are planned for next year, including a return to Knebworth.
For now, Liam signed off his address to the Brazilian fans by saying: “We’ll see you again sometime,” before adding, “Alright beautiful people, this is it.” He went on to thank all those involved in the tour, including “our kid”.
The singer gifted his signature tambourine and maracas from the tour to his brother Noel on stage during the final night.
Aside from the obvious emotions of the last gig, Oasis’ stint in São Paulo was also tinged with poignancy during their first night in the city, where they used their rendition of ‘Live Forever’ to pay tribute to Gary ‘Mani’ Mounfield, the iconic Stone Roses bassist who passed away on November 20th, aged 63.
Noel Gallagher previously said: “I’m completely blown away. It’s difficult to put it into words, actually,” with regard to the success of the tour, before admitting he was “proud” of Liam, putting years of the brothers’ feuds firmly to bed.
