Full list of musicians performing with Oasis confirmed ahead of reunion
Ahead of Oasis reuniting on July 4th in Cardiff, the full list of musicians performing with the band has been revealed in the official programme.
After 16 years away, the wait is almost over as Cardiff’s Principality Stadium prepares to welcome the Gallagher brothers on Friday and Saturday for the opening nights of the Oasis Live ’25 tour. Now, the full list of musicians who will be part of the show has seemingly been confirmed.
It had previously been confirmed that Gem Archer, Bonehead and Andy Bell, who all previously served in Oasis, would be returning to the fold. Additionally, Joey Waronker, who performed with Liam Gallagher and John Squire last year, will be on the drums for the tour.
Now, in a photo that has been circulated online from programmes that are available to purchase from the Principality Stadium, the additional musicians performing with Oasis has been revealed.
Christian Madden is on keyboards, Jess Greenfield is on backing vocals, Alastair White is on trombone, Steve Hamilton is on saxophone duties, and Joe Auckland will be playing the trumpet. Notably, Greenfield is also part of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.
Last week, during an appearance on TalkSPORT, Noel said of their return: “We finished rehearsing last Tuesday. We’ve got a few days off now and it’s sounding huge, so we’re all, ‘well this is it, there’s no going back now.’”
Doors open at 17:00 on Friday, with Cast set to take to the stage at 18:00 before Richard Ashcroft performs at 19:00, and Oasis finally make their return after 16 years away at 20:15. The curfew at the Principality is 22:15.
Next week, Oasis will return home to Manchester to begin a four-date residency at the 80,000 capacity Heaton Park. They will also play seven shows at Wembley Stadium, three dates at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, and two nights at Dublin’s Croke Park.
The Oasis Live ’25 tour is also set to visit the United States, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile.
