Liam Gallagher announces Oasis stage times for reunion in now deleted post
Liam Gallagher has taken to social media platform X to share updates of when Oasis will be taking to the stage for the first of their reunion shows in Cardiff on July 4th.
With the band’s first live performances in 16 years set to commence at the Principality Stadium in less than a week’s time, the frontman announced in a now deleted post what the precise stage time for their show in the Welsh capital would be.
The post read: “Oasis on stage 8.15pm Cardiff don’t be late or we’ll start without you and you don’t want that now do ya see ya there LG x.”
Many fans flocked to the comments section to ask whether the stage times would be the same for every gig on their reunion tour, which sees the band play 17 shows across the UK and Ireland this summer before embarking on a world tour.
Gallagher’s response to one fan, which is still visible, was very honest about his inability to answer questions at this moment in time, curtly stating: “I’ve been asked to share this information with you all I’m not doing this every fucking gig I’m not the [tour manager].”
Earlier this week, Noel Gallagher appeared on the breakfast show on talkSPORT to share information about the upcoming tour, stating that rehearsals are now over and the band are excited to return to the stage following the Gallagher brothers’ feud and subsequent disbandment.
“We finished rehearsing last Tuesday,” the guitarist announced. “We’ve got a few days off now and it’s sounding huge, so we’re all, ‘well this is it, there’s no going back now’. It’s good.”
