Foo Fighters, Bruce Springsteen, Joan Baez, Jack Black and more set for Tom Morello’s Power to the People

Tom Morello has confirmed an all-star line-up for his Power to the People event, including Foo Fighters and Bruce Springsteen.

The one-day musical extravaganza, which is billed as “a day of love, peace, justice, and music”, is scheduled for October 3rd, 2026, at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.

In addition to featuring Foo Fighters and Springsteen, as well as Morello himself, the line-up includes Dave Matthews, Joan Baez, Jack Black, Dropkick Murphys, Cypress Hill, and Killer Mike.

Pretty Reckless vocalist Taylor Momsen, Killer Mike, System of a Down’s Serge Tankian, Daryl ‘DMC’ McDaniels, Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard, The Linda Lindas, and former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron are also listed.

The line-up is rounded out by Grandson, The Neighborhood Kids and a DJ set from Shephard Fairey.

Notably, most artists on the bill are vocal critics of the Donald Trump administration, but Power to the People promises to be a “non-partisan event”, according to its website.

The message goes on to describe Power to the People as being “about the power everyday human beings have when they come together — through music, art, community and action — to shape our country and our planet on, and beyond, Election Day.”

In a statement, Morello, who recently toured with Springsteen, said of the special one-day event, “The Power To The People festival is about freedom, justice, equality and rock and roll.”

The Rage Against the Machine guitarist continued, “It’s about the power everyday human beings have when they come together through music, art, community, and action. We’re honored to bring this incredible lineup to the DC area for a day that celebrates the spirit of activism, creativity, and hope.”

Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from all ticket sales plus 100 per cent of the net proceeds from VIP tickets will be donated to VoteRiders, a non-profit organisation that works to eliminate ID-related barriers for voters.

Tickets go on sale for Power to the People at 10am local time on May 30th.
