The 1968 album Elvis Costello crowned “the best record of original thought that anyone’s ever made”
The ethereal masterpiece coming from one mind.

Van Morrison is a Northern Irish musician, singer and songwriter regarded as one of the most influential artists in rock, folk and soul music.
Rising to prominence as the lead singer of Them in the mid-1960s, Morrison launched a celebrated solo career with the release of ‘Astral Weeks’, an album now widely considered one of the greatest ever recorded. Throughout a career spanning more than six decades, he has blended rock, rhythm and blues, Celtic folk, jazz and soul into a distinctive musical style characterised by poetic lyrics and expressive vocals.
Acclaimed albums including ‘Moondance’, ‘His Band and the Street Choir’ and ‘Into the Music’ have cemented his reputation as one of popular music’s most enduring and respected songwriters. Morrison was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993.
