Sunn O))) look set to follow-up their momentous 2015 album Kannon.
The cult drone metal band, who recently released remastered editions of its seminal White1 and White2 albums from 2003 and 2004, are now in the studio with Steve Albini
Albini is known for being a legendary musician and producer who was at the helm for Nirvana classic In Utero, has been busy winning $105,629 in a Las Vegas World Series poker tournament.
Now, however, he’s back in his Chicago Electric Audio studio working with Sunn O))). While there’s no word on new music, the band did post this update on social media:
