Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial: Rapper accused of threatening to kill Kid Cudi with gun in hand

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs allegedly threatened to kill Kid Cudi while holding a gun in his hand. Combs’ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, testified in court on May 27th, detailing the Bad Boy rapper’s alleged rage over Cudi’s relationship with Cassie.

Clark allegedly urged Cassie to buy the burner phone she used to contact Cudi. One day, Clark told the court she picked up Cassie, and the singer asked Cudi to join them, which Clark was against. She was allegedly concerned about Cassie texting her from a phone that Combs had paid for. They then went to Best Buy to purchase a new phone because Clark was worried Cassie was “going to get us all killed.”

She claimed Combs banged on her door on December 22nd, 2011, saying they would approach Cudi. Clark alleged that he was furious and pacing around with a firearm on him. She recalled, “He just said, ‘Get dressed, we’re going to go kill Mescudi.’ The gun was in his hand.”

Clark alleged she sat in the car while Combs entered the front door of Cudi’s home. She then called Cassie to tell her that Combs had come to Cudi’s house to kill him; when he came back to the car, he allegedly asked to see her phone and called the last number in her call log.

Combs allegedly told Clark to call Cassie to let her know he wouldn’t let her go until she came to his house. Clark claimed she picked up Cassie after she agreed to meet. Upon returning to Combs, he allegedly told them not to speak to the police and to convince Cudi not to mention his name to officers.

Then, Clark claims she witnessed Combs assaulting Cassie. While wearing a robe and underwear, Combs allegedly came at Cassie with “100% full force” while she entered the fetal position. She alleged his security team refused to stop the attack.

Combs allegedly told Clark, “I should kill you bitches,” after questioning her about Cassie and Cudi’s relationship, angrily wanting details about their romance and why he wasn’t informed. For this, Clark claimed she was fired. “He said I would never work again and all these people weren’t my friends and he would make me kill myself,” she said.

Clark’s testimony comes after Cudi took the stand last week, in which he alleged Combs was behind his car being blown up in his driveway. With his trial ongoing, Combs is facing five counts of sex trafficking, racketeering, and sexual abuse. He denies all the charges.
