As part of the Grammys preparations, long running US game show The Price Is Right is celebrating the event with ‘Music Week’. As part of that series, the show welcomed HAIM for a special performance.
News swirling around the Grammys, which arrives this week, has taken on a rather darker tone following former boss Deborah Dugan’s claims of sexual harassment. At least The Price Is Right is doing some good PR work for the Recording Academy.
The show, hosted now by Drew Carey, has been celebrating the upcoming awards with ‘Music Week’ which sees acts arrive on the show to give a short performance. First up was Anderson .Paak, who gave the show one hell of a drum solo but the most recent appearance came from HAIM.
The three sisters were presented to the audience with the big doors showing off the band like a brand new shiny prize. The trio all got behind the drum kit for a special percussion performance before catching up with host, Carey.
In the conversations, both HAIM and Carey plied one another with compliments after the host revealed that he had worked with the sisters during a benefit. Este Haim said she was a massive Price Is Right fan and even claimed to have been in the audience.
