Haim announce ‘I Quit’ world tour, including UK date during Glastonbury weekend

Haim have announced they are set to undertake a world tour for their upcoming album I Quit, which will include two trips to the UK.

The band announced details of the tour on April 28th. The tour will include dates across the US, Canada, and the UK throughout September and October this year.

The UK leg of the tour will consist of dates in Nottingham, Cardiff, Brighton, London, Manchester, and Glasgow.

However, prior to the tour beginning, the trio will also perform a one-off gig at Dreamland in Margate on June 27th, marking their first return to the UK live music scene since their appearance at All Points East in 2023.

The gig at the end of June falls suspiciously amid Glastonbury weekend, meaning that the sisters are perhaps lined up for a secret set at the festival, following on from their last stint on the Pyramid Stage three years ago. However, they are not currently on the bill for Worthy Farm.

It comes off the back of the sibling band announcing their fourth studio album I Quit last week, following the release of singles ‘Relationships’ and ‘Everybody’s Trying To Figure Me Out’. The record is slated to arrive on June 20th.

Regarding the latest tune, band member Danielle Haim told the crowd at The Bellweather in Los Angeles when announcing the album that it is her “favourite song” the band have written in the past couple of years, despite it coming in the wake of “some hard times”. She added: “We felt this might be of some use to get our vibes right for this summer!”

Tickets for Haim’s I Quit tour will go on sale on May 2nd at 10am local time. UK and US presales will take place on April 30th and May 1st, respectively.
