Fcukers set sights on North American headline tour
Fcukers, the New York City-based electronic duo consisting of Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis, have set their sights on a new North America headline tour later this year.
Since forming in 2022, the pair have gone from strength to strength with their shimmery, catchy electronic dance, which blends trip-hop with house music and soft, nonchalant vocals.
On July 17th and 18th, the electronic duo played the biggest shows of their career in support of global pop star Harry Styles, appearing on the São Paulo leg of his international residencies tour.
Now, they’re embarking on a journey of their own with a newly announced North American tour date, which will kick off after their final summer appearances at Lowlands festival in the Netherlands and Rock en Seine in France.
From there, the unit will appear in Cincinnati on September 2nd, Pittsburgh on September 3rd, and Toronto on September 5th, before making their way to Atlanta, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, San Francisco, and Dallas throughout the rest of the month.
In October, the ‘I Like It Like That’ musicians will journey to Austin, El Paso, and Phoenix, before returning to Austin City Limits for a final show on October 11th.
Far Out gave Fcuker’s debut album, Ö, a glowing four-and-a-half star review, observing, “Ö encourages us to party, to dance in the face of a cruel world, but it also knows when to cool things down a bit, and perhaps take a moment for reflection.”
