Audience member forcibly grabs Billie Eilish at barricade during Miami concert

At her concert in Miami on October 9th, an audience member forcibly grabbed Billie Eilish at the barricade.

Eilish is currently on her Hit Me Hard and Soft world tour, which travelled through the UK and Europe this summer. She resumed the North American leg of the tour at the Keyside Center in Miami on October 9th when the unsavoury event took place.

In footage which has since emerged on social media from various angles, Eilish can be seen walking near the barricade section of the arena when a fan pulls her violently. Thankfully, she was quickly able to escape the grip and continue with the concert.

In another clip of the same incident, security can be seen pushing the audience member who grabbed Eilish and dealing with the perpetrator.

The Grammy-winning singer is yet to comment on the unpleasant behaviour from the audience member in Miami.

Eilish is set to return to the Keyside Center for two more shows on October 11th and October 12th. She also has further dates planned in Orlando, Raleigh, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Long Island later this month.

In November, the tour will resume after a brief break with two concerts in New Orleans ahead of visits to Tulsa, Austin, Phoenix and San Francisco.

Since becoming famous as a teenager, Eilish has witnessed the dark side of becoming a best-selling artist. In 2023, she obtained a five-year restraining order against a man who had been stalking her and making threats to her loved ones.

Eilish wrote in the court filing: “I am concerned that he is also aware of where Finneas and Zoe live and that if he is not restrained he will continue his pattern of harassment against all of us, act on his threats, and go to even more extreme lengths to act upon his wild fantasies.”

She had also previously taken out restraining orders against alleged stalkers in 2020 and 2021 due to safety concerns.
