Yungblud cancels all remaining 2025 shows due to health reasons: “My heart is broken”

Yungblud has cancelled all of his remaining tour dates in 2025 on medical advice.

The singer, who recently secured three Grammy nominations, was due to play a series of dates in Latin America, as well as headline shows in Philadelphia, Cleveland and Washington DC which have all been cancelled.

In an emotional message to fans on Instagram Stories, he explained the reasoning for the cancellation, “This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns. I have been ordered by my doctor to take a break from touring until the end of the year.”

He then revealed that he had been told continuing to perform is not worth the risk, adding, “It is in my nature to run and run until l run myself to the ground without giving a fuck about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around.”

Yungblud apologised to fans, writing that he was “so sorry” that these concerts would no longer be going ahead, before sharing, “My heart is broken.”

The ‘Zombie’ singer continued, “I don’t want to do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know that this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.”

Yungblud promised fans who bought tickets that he would send them a gift, in addition to a full refund, and confirmed that he plans to return to Mexico and Latin America for concerts “that will be more affordable for next year too”. His US tour is now set to start in January.

This year has been non-stop for Yungblud, who released his fourth album, Idols, in June, which was recently nominated for ‘Best Rock Album’ at the Grammys. On November 21st, he will release his collaborative EP with Aerosmith, titled One More Time.

In 2026, he is set to tour North America and Australia in the early months before returning to the UK and Ireland for an arena tour ahead of more dates in the US and Canada.
