Watch Geese perform their first Tiny Desk Concert

As Geese continue their ascent in the rock music world, they have ticked off another achievement: performing their very first Tiny Desk Concert.

Performing a selection of hits from their latest critically acclaimed album Getting Killed, the band gave stripped-back renditions of their songs ‘Husbands’, ‘Cobra’, and ‘Half Real’ for the show.

Despite this, frontman Cameron Winter seemed slightly confused by the logistics of the performance, asking how the audience got tickets to see the show, joking that he thought it would only be made up of staff from NPR.

However, by the time Geese eased into playing their second song, ‘Cobra’, the laid-back and soothing nature of the performance proved that they were more than ready to handle the pressure of the moment, like so many huge artists who have come before them.

Following on from the massive breakthrough success which was afforded to the band after the release of Getting Killed in September last year, they have continued to rise the ranks of prominence, most recently giving their first performance on Saturday Night Live.

Although they have not yet unveiled plans for any new music since then, they are set to release a live album at the end of this month, capturing the show they played at the 250–capacity Third Man Records in Nashville in June last year.

The Tiny Desk Concert was recorded in December 2025, with the band currently touring Australia, with dates billed in Sydney, Melbourne, and Fremantle over the course of this week.

Thereafter, Geese will take a short break before heading to Europe next month, where they will kick off their new leg of shows in Paris on March 7th.

When they come to the UK, they will be performing shows in Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and London over the remainder of March, with the majority of these shows now sold out.
