Arlo Parks is a British singer, songwriter and poet whose intimate songwriting, soulful vocals and genre-blending sound have established her as one of the most acclaimed artists of her generation.
Drawing on indie pop, alternative R&B, neo-soul and bedroom pop, Parks first gained widespread attention with her debut album, ‘Collapsed in Sunbeams’, which won the Mercury Prize in 2021. She followed it with the critically acclaimed ‘My Soft Machine’, further cementing her reputation for emotionally resonant lyrics exploring identity, mental health, love and self-discovery.
Alongside her music, Parks has published poetry and become a prominent voice for a new generation of artists combining literary sensitivity with contemporary alternative music.
