Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon announces first-ever solo headline tour
Sonic Youth founding member, Kim Gordon, has announced her first-ever international solo headline tour to take place this summer.
Gordon, who will headline the BBC 6 Music Festival in London on March 8th, will play a string of shows in the UK and Europe before returning back to North America for dates in July and September.
The former Sonic Youth bassist will be touring in support of her recently released debut album, No Home Record, which came out earlier in the year to a fine reception and now she is backing that all up with a cultivated and cultured artistic catalogue.
