Slaves Cover LCD Soundsystem

In a small yet combustible package comes the high impact tag team of the Kent punks Slaves and LCD Soundsystem. In a recording for Radio 1’s Maida Vale sessions the band power through the imperious hit ‘Daft Punk Is Playing At My House’.

As an extra little taste of what their debut LP Are You Satisfied  could have to offer, out in June, the Kent duo pounded through the dance floor classic with unabashed ferocity.

As part of a 3 song set for Huw Stephens (sitting in for Annie Mac) including ‘Feed The Mantarray’ and ‘Live Like An Album’ completed the set.

“I used to see the same homeless guy sitting around Tunbridge Wells, day in, day out. It was the height of summer and I saw him laying in the town center, very drunk and he almost resembled a carcass rotting in the midday sun, so that kinda inspired this song.”

Dig it and all the band have to offer below.
