Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued for sexual battery by celebrity stylist

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been sued by stylist Deonte Nash. He filed the lawsuit on September 24th, having testified against Combs during his criminal trial.

Nash accused Combs of sexual battery, physical assault, stalking, and threats in the complaint, which was filed in Los Angeles.

Over the course of ten years, he alleges Combs pinched his nipples, groped his buttocks, grinded on his groin, and forced his hand onto Combs’ penis.

“After enduring years of abuse, I finally found the courage during the criminal trial, and I am now ready to take action,” Nash told Rolling Stone. “Sean Combs has never taken accountability for the years of harm he inflicted on me and so many others. Today, I am free from the confinement his abuse imposed, and I have reclaimed my voice.”

He continued, “It is time for the world to confront the truth about the horrific abuse I endured and the lasting impact of Mr Combs’ actions on my life. His abuse has consistently affected every part of my life, from my personal well-being to my career, and the damage cannot be ignored. I am reclaiming my story and demanding the justice I deserve.”

Nash worked for Combs and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, between 2008 and 2018. Among his other claims are Combs strangling him in 2013 and slapping him in the back of his head in 2014.

Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in July. He will be sentenced on October 3rd and is facing up to 20 years in prison.

He’s currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, and has requested a 14-month sentence with time served.
