Oasis confirm support for Australian leg of reunion tour

Oasis have confirmed that Brisbane indie group Ball Park Music will join them on the Australian leg of their wildly anticipated 2025 reunion tour.

Ball Park Music released their latest album, Like Love, on April 4th. It is the first Australian release to hit number one on the ARIA (Australia Recording Industry Association) Album Charts in 2025. The five-piece also has several platinum-selling singles, and eight successful albums in their homeland.

Before the announcement, DMA’s were perceived as frontrunners for the coveted spot, after they opened for Liam Gallagher on his 2019 tour of the UK and Ireland.

The Australian leg of the Oasis tour will begin in Australia on October 31st, for three nights at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium. Noel and Liam Gallagher will then perform for two nights at Sydney’s Accor Stadium.

Australia saw similar levels of ticket demand to the UK, as pre-sale queues stretched into the hundreds of thousands. This prompted Oasis to add a third Melbourne show, which is the only of the five with tickets still remaining.

Oasis have revealed other support acts for different stops on their tour. Back in October, they confirmed that Britpop group Cast will be joining them on their UK and Ireland reunion tour in 2025. The Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft was also announced as the main support act for all dates beginning in July 2025 and ending in Wembley in September.

The brothers have also confirmed Cage The Elephant as the support act for their North American tour.
