Surviving Nirvana members to reunite for charity concert

It’s been confirmed that the surviving members of Nirvana are coming together once more. Dave Grohl, Kirst Novoselic and Pat Smear are to reunite this weekend at “Heaven is Rock & Roll Gala” in Los Angeles at the Palladium.

The trio will be joined on stage with a range of famous faces including Beck, St Vincent, and Marilyn Manson. It will be the first time since 2018 that the band has shared a stage after they performed at Foo Fighter’s Cal Jam Festival.

It will be another reminder of the band that could have been with an emotional night for all those involved as Nirvana take to the stage without their enigmatic frontman, Kurt Cobain.

The gala is the night before the Golden Globes on Saturday 4th January. All proceeds will go to The Art of Elysium which supports people in the midst of emotional life challenges such as illness, hospitalisation, displacement confinement, and any other crisis.

You can purchase tickets through the website here. It’s a great cause with an unbelievable line-up.
