In a surprise move, the members of Nirvana reunited to play a set live from Cal Jam music festival 2018.

The performance came during Foo Fighters’ second annual event at San Bernardino Glen Helen Regional Park in California.

the band performed the likes of ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’, ‘All Apologies’, ‘In Bloom’ and more as John McCauley and Joan Jett stood in for Kurt Cobain. The six song set came as a Nirvana encore.

Just before playing ‘All Apologies’, Novoselic and Grohl thanked the crowd and asked for a big cheer for Kurt Cobain.
