After the sad pandemic-induced cancellation of last year’s UK tour, Nick Cave and Warren Ellis have delivered some much welcome news by announcing they’ll be hitting the road in the UK this autumn.
Off the back of their stellar record CARNAGE, which illuminated the dark lockdown days with a boon of beautiful and cognizant music, The Bad Seeds duo have revealed that they will be playing 20 shows in support of the concert from this September.
The Bad Seeds brothers will be joined on the tour by Johnny Hostile, the studio mogul and musician known for his work in the French duo John & Jehn, as well as backing singers Wendi Rose, T Jae Cole and Janet Ramus.
The tour begins at the Lighthouse in Poole on September 2nd and will run until October 10th as they finish up in Cave’s adopted hometown of Brighton, playing the Dome.
In total, the tour will span 20 dates with a two-night stay at London’s Royal Albert Hall also on the bill.
Tickets for the show are set to go on sale from Friday, July 23rd at 10am and will be available from Nick Cave’s official website. You can check out the full list of dates in the trailer below.
