Mick Jagger’s fiancée, Melanie Hamrick, attacked in central London
Melanie Hamrick, the fiancée of The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, has revealed she was attacked in central London.
The choreographer, who has been in a relationship with Jagger since 2014 and shares one child with the rock legend, detailed the incident on her social media.
In a since-deleted post, Hamrick wrote on Instagram (via Daily Mail) on the morning of February 11th, “This is incredibly hard to share, but I was physically attacked at Annabel’s Mayfair tonight.”
Annabel’s is a private members’ club situated in the West End, which first opened in 1963 and is one of the most upmarket nightlife spots in the English capital. It is unknown whether Hamrick was attacked inside or outside the venue.
Detailing the attack, Hamrick shared, “I’m so thankful to my friends for protecting me. Two people grabbed me from behind and thank god for good people who stepped in to help me.”
She solemnly added, “I’m shaken, sad and heartbroken that people can treat each other this way.”
While Berkeley Square, where Annabel’s is located, is one of the wealthiest in London, it’s also a hotspot for crime.
Recent police statistics show that 115 robberies per 1,000 residents in the area between December 2024 and November 2025, which is significantly higher than the average London rate of 3.7 per 1,000 people over the same period.
Annabel’s is yet to respond to the incident involving Hamrick.
