King No-One have shared their electrifying new single ‘Roll of The Dice’.
The three-piece, originally hailing from York, have built a reputation for being stalwarts at major festivals across Britain with their anthemic sound being perfect for huge audiences. King No-One has performed on the BBC Radio 1 Stage at Reading & Leeds as well as high profile slots at the likes of Y Not and TRNSMT — with ‘Roll of the Dice’ being tailor-made for performing live which is the band’s bread and butter.
Lead singer Zach Lout says this on the blistering track: “I’m nonchalantly addressing the circumstances of which I was born into and my so far ability to make something of my time here. Life is ultimately down to chance and where you may strive for a lifetime for something, another person may just fall into that by chance.
“This world is crazy, and sometimes you have to just accept that you can only do so much – the rest is a roll of the dice.”
King No-One’s latest single also arrives as the latest episode of Far Out Magazine’s new Facebook series ‘Emerging Sounds’, a project which shines a light on some of the best new music that’s simmering under the radar right now. The song is also taking our Track of the Day slot.
The series so far has featured the likes of The Snuts and Jaws frontman Connor Schofield’s new electronic side-project MORE*FIRE.
