Australian seven-piece King Gizzard & The Lizard have today shared a ten-minute live performance film shot at the Melbourne Forum in April of this year.

The band, who have just completed a sold-out tour of the U.S. which included shows at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles in front of 6000 people and Central Park in New York City, return to the U.K. later this month to begin their biggest headline tour to date.

Given their prolific work rate, King Gizzard have just released of their fifteenth studio album, Infest The Rats’ Nest, which marks a move into metal and trimming down of their line-up. Released just six months after the blues-rock record Fishing For Fishes and drawing on the mid-late 1980s golden period of thrash metal, Infest The RatsNest sees a wholly unexpected creative detour into new sonic terrain and lyrically further explore ecological themes, especially on Planet B, the first track lifted from the album.
