Kid Rock says God will “cut down” critics of his tour

Kid Rock has lashed out at the “fake liberal media” for their reporting on his upcoming tour, accusing journalists of falsely misconstruing information about his tour and insisting God will “cut ’em down” as a result.

Kid Rock recently advertised his upcoming ‘Freedom 250’ tour, which seemed to include “first class” packages stretching to $5,000 for a front row ticket, and $4,000 for a second row ticket.

As such, the prices continued at $3,000 for a third row ticket, $2,000 for a fourth row, and $1,000 for a seat in the fifth row on all nights on tour.

However, Kid Rock has now taken to X to deny these figures, writing online, “the fake liberal media says I’m charging $5,000 for front-row tickets.”

Disgraced, he added, “They know damn well that’s not the full story.” The singer-songwriter then explained that this price applies to “extremely limited First Class seats like I explained.”

He went on to clarify that, despite the prior messaging, this meant “FOUR tickets per row, first five rows only (5k per seat row 1, 4k row 2, 3k row 3, 2k row 4, 1k row 5) — Again ONLY 4 seats in rows 1 through 5 (20 “first class” seats in venues that hold 15k to 25k people)/”

The American musician continued his tirade: “But instead of reporting facts or that lawn seats are only 50 bucks or how we are cutting out the scalpers, they twist it for headlines / clicks and to attack me – nothing new here.”

He finished off with a seeming threat to the journalists who had reported on this pricing structure, adding, “I WILL pray for them but I know that sooner or later God will cut ‘em down.”

Kid Rock’s tour will take him to Dallas, Raleigh, Charlotte, St Louis, and Tinley Park in May, where he will be joined by the likes of Jon Pardi, Parker McCollum, Brantley Gilbert, and Big and Rich.

The singer, who headlined the alternative Super Bowl halftime concert for supporters of Donald Trump this year in resistance to Bad Bunny’s all-Spanish performance at the sporting event, has come under fire further by the media recently, since rumours abounded that he lip-synced for the entire section of his performance.

Rock resisted this story, too, sharing: “So it was just a syncing issue that they had, and I know they tried to get it right. It was very difficult.”
