Miley Cyrus took the opportunity to slow down her barnstorming at Gastonbury 2019 by performing a over of Amy Winehouse’s iconic song ‘Back To Black’.
The moment held even more significance as Mark Ronson, close friend and frequent collaborator of Winehouse, joined Cyrus on stage for the rendition of ‘Back To Black’ – the 2007 that Ronson originally produced.
Ronson had already joined Cyrus for the previous song to play the guitar, for the Winehouse cover, however, he sat behind the piano as Cyrus belted out the vocals.
Putting her own twist on the number, the American pop star also decided to mash up ‘Back To Black’ with her most recent single ‘Nothing Breaks Like A Heart’ which appeared to go down well with the Glastonbury crowd.

Elsewhere in the set Cyrus brought out Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus to perform their hit song ‘Old Town Road’ in the middle of her show.
Earlier in the performance Cyrus hinted at the possible introduction by mentioning that her father was at the side of the stage watching while Lil Nas X had been spotted a little earlier.
After the duo played ‘Old Town Road’ Lil Nas X treated fans to a rendition of his new single ‘Panini’.
