Bring Me The Horizon share cover of Oasis classic ‘Wonderwall’

Sheffield rock band Bring Me The Horizon have shared a cover of Oasis’ classic track, ‘Wonderwall’, as part of their Spotify Singles collection.

2025 is set to be the year of Oasis as the Gallagher brothers plot their comeback this summer, which marks the biggest musical reunion of the century. Now, Oasis fever is firmly starting to set in across the world as Bring Me The Horizon have unleashed their blaring version of the (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? track.

In addition to sharing their fiery take on ‘Wonderwall‘, which is unlikely to get a seal of approval from Noel or Liam, Bring Me The Horizon have also released a new version of ‘Youtupia’ as part of their Spotify Singles collection. The band’s label, Sony, will donate all proceeds from ‘Wonderwall’ streams to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

For the long-running series, artists are elected to rework one of their own songs, and also take on a cover of their choice. Previously, acts such as Idles, LCD Soundsystem and Wet Leg have risen to the task.

While Oasis have grand plans for 2025, it’s also set to be a big year for Bring Me The Horizon as they headline the Reading and Leeds Festival in August for the second time. They are joined on the bill by fellow headliners Chappell Roan, Travis Scott and Hozier.

They are also nominated for ‘Group of the Year’ at the upcoming edition of the Brit Awards after they previously won ‘Best Rock/Alternative Act’ in 2024. In this category, they will be competing against The Last Dinner Party, Ezra Collective, Coldplay and The Cure.

Last year, Bring Me The Horizon released their long-awaited album, Post Human: Nex Gen, and also played the biggest headline show of their career so far at the Allianz Stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
