Zach Bryan confronts Gavin Adcock at Oklahoma music festival after public feud

American country singer Zach Bryan was the surprise guest at the Born & Raised festival in Oklahoma. There, Bryan took the opportunity to confront Gavin Adcock, who recently publicly criticised him.

Bryan and Adcock have been publicly feuding after Adcock took to Rolling Stone’s Nashville Now podcast to call out Bryan’s character. He stated, “I think that Zach Bryan puts on a big mask in his day-to-day life and sometimes he can’t help but rip it off and show his true colors.”

He also added, “I don’t know if Zach Bryan’s really that great of a person.”

He was referring in part to a controversy earlier this year, when Bryan responded to a fan who complained about waiting in the rain for an autograph from the star. Bryan wrote, “You’re not entitled after someone plays two and a half hours to a picture or a hello.”

In a post shared by Country Central online, Bryan can be seen at the Oklahoma festival in an argument with Adcock, which escalated when Bryan climbed and hopped the barbed wire fence in between them in order to come closer to Adcock, who then hid behind security.

In reaction to the altercation, in another post by Country Central, it appears that Adcock commented on a video, “Had a headline show to play. Dude was an absolutely wasted [sic]. Had to do what was good for the fans. Everybody knows how that woulda ended.”

In the video, Bryan runs over to the fence and appears to shout, “If they open up this fucking gate I will fucking kill you.”

Adcock can be heard responding, “Come on over here and meet me with a word of hell, buddy,” to which Bryan shouts, “fuck you”.

Bryan can also be heard shouting, “You’re a pussy online.”

Bryan sang with Gabriella Rose during her afternoon set at the festival. Both Bryan and Adcock are yet to make a public statement about the altercation. Watch the video of the incident below.
