Working Men’s Club share ‘A.A.A.A’ and announce debut album

Working Men’s Club have shared their brand new single ‘A.A.A.A.’ taken from the newly announced debut album.

The new song is taken from the Yorkshire group’s self-titled debut record which will arrive on June 5th via Far Out favourite, Heavenly Records.

‘A.A.A.A.’ follows recent track ‘White Rooms & People’ and acts as another taste of the full hit that’s to come. In truth, the tracks for the new record have been bubbling around in the head of Sydney Minksy-Sargeant for many years.

He reveals in a statement that writing music was a refuge from small-town life in Yorkshire: “There’s not much going on, not much stuff to do as a teenager” he says. “It’s quite isolated. And it can get quite depressing being in a town where in the winter it gets light at nine in the morning and dark at four.”

As well as the new record on the horizon is some notable 2020 tour dates that include support slots with Noel Gallagher, Baxter Dury and more. There’s also a good chance you’ll see the band at your favourite festival in the summer too.

But for now, let the powerful new track ‘A.A.A.A.’ slice up your eardrums.
