William Levy arrested in South Florida on disorderly intoxication and trespassing charges
Actor William Levy has been arrested in South Florida on charges of disorderly intoxication in public and trespassing.
Police records reveal that the 44-year-old actor was arrested in the Weston area of the state on April 14th and booked into Broward’s Main Jail.
He allegedly faces two charges of disorderly conduct related to alcohol effects and unauthorised entry into a private residence. According to Telemundo, he remains in custody in the Weston area at this time.
No further details as to the circumstances of Levy’s crimes were made available when information regarding his arrest emerged.
However, this is the second incident involving Levy within a year, as his partner called police in 2024 amid reports of him again being intoxicated with another woman at his home, according to Hola!.
Levy is a Cuban-American actor who gained fame in the early 2000s on Spanish-language TV shows in Mexico, including Cuidado con el ángel, Olvidarte Jamas, and Sortilegio.
He then branched into American mainstream entertainment, appearing in a music video for Jennifer Lopez’s song ‘I’m Into You’ in 2011.

In 2012, Levy finished third place alongside dance partner Cheryl Burke in the fourteenth season of the American reality TV competition Dancing with the Stars. However, during his time in the competition, Levy was embroiled in scandal after nude photos from his previous modelling career emerged.
He said at the time: “I’m used to that already. [The photos] have been out already all over the world. I was a model when I did these things, so as a model there’s nothing wrong [with] doing those kind[s] of things. You gotta work. You gotta make money.”
