Wednesday and Mannequin Pussy announce co-headline tour
North Carolina country-rockers Wednesday and Pennsylvanian punks Mannequin Pussy have announced a co-headliner tour later this year, coined The Bitch Cabal.
The run of dates will kick off with a single show in October, at Asheville’s Hellbender, before travelling through the South during much of November.
The female-fronted bands will stop in Nashville, Atlanta, Charleston, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Birmingham, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Oklahoma City, and Fayetteville, before finishing with fanfare at a final night in St. Louis.
In their social media post announcing the run of dates, the bands shared simply, “All hail the bitches.”
The line-up doesn’t stop there: Snooper will support across all dates except Nashville, where Truth Club will perform.
It’s an exciting time for Wednesday, whose 2025 album Bleeds received a glowing four-star review from Far Out; recently, frontperson Karly Hartzman featured on the latest Weezer single, ‘We Might As Well Be Strangers’.
As for Mannequin Pussy, their most recent album, I Got Heaven, received a triumphant four-and-a-half-star review from Far Out: “Revitalised and unafraid to do whatever the hell they like, safe in the knowledge that the band is their space to be angry, unruly, sad, and any other mood that naturally springs up, they have opened themselves up to a future that promises to be extremely fruitful.”
By any measure, this is a tour you won’t want to miss. Check out the full list of dates below.
