Woody Allen will return later this year with his new film Wonder Wheel, a feature that stars the likes of Kate Winslet, Justin Timberlake, Jim Belushi and Juno Temple.
The film, set to premiere at the New York Film Festival on October 14th before the wider release on December 1st, is set in New York’s Coney Island and tells the tells the story of four characters whose lives join together amid the chaos of the amusement park in the 1950s.
The trailer shows Kate Winslet who plays the role of Ginny, a 1950s housewife who’s career as an actor took a turn when an appearance from the daughter of her elder husband, Coney Island carousel operator Humpty (Jim Belushi) turns her life around while on the run from the mob. The romantic element appears when Ginny attracts the interest of a lifeguard, Mickey who is played by Justin Timberlake.
