Jane Birkin put together a mesmerising performance during Gucci’s recent Paris Fashion Week show.
The event, taking place at Théâtre Le Palace for the fashion brand’s Spring Summer 2019 collection, saw Birkin rise to her seat to perform her 1983 song ‘Baby Alone in Babylone’ during the show’s intermission.
The 71-year-old French icon, whose performance was very much a surprise inclusion, was hugged and thanked by Alessandro Michele during his final bow.
