Turnstile share seven minute single ‘Look Out For Me’ from new album

Turnstile have released an ambitious seven-minute track, ‘Look Out For Me’, from their upcoming album Never Enough.

The song is accompanied by a music video, directed by singer Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory. The pair also directed the double music video for previous releases ‘Seein’ Stars’ and ‘Birds’, the latter of which featured Hayley Williams and Dev Hynes.

The music videos come from a 14-song visual album, which serves as a daring counterpart to the forthcoming LP. Announced earlier this month, the film is set to make its world premiere as an official selection at New York’s Tribeca Festival 2025 on June 5th.

The video for this seven-minute track, heavy with contemplative synths and trip-hop-influenced drumming, focuses mainly on the journey of a single car as it picks up the band in various states. The focus then shifts to a flock of birds flying lazily over a twilight ocean before drawing back to the inside of the vehicle as it moves through the night.

The song finishes with the lyrics: “While I’m swinging from your arm / mistaken for your shadow / we’re standing in a line to disappear / it’s unfair, unfair, unfair.”

Turnstile recently performed a free hometown show at Baltimore’s Wyman Park Dell. This drew over 10,000 attendees and raised upwards of $50,000 to benefit the local non-profit organisation, Healthcare for the Homeless.

According to Turnstile’s team, the forthcoming album is a “restless and exhilarating evolution of the band’s genre-defying sound. A transformative journey, both fearless and alive, by one of the most forward-thinking and influential bands of their generation.”

The excitement for the band continues, as ahead of the album’s release, rhythm guitarist Meg Mills has officially joined the outfit as a permanent fixture. Mill has previously toured with them since 2023.

Never Enough will be released on June 6th, 2025.
