The Strokes share new video for ‘Threat of Joy’ and make an apology

The new video for song ‘Threat of Joy’ has been shared by The Strokes. The video comes complete with a slightly odd apology for not putting out a video for ‘Oblivius’ for reasons they “are not at liberty to discuss”.

This video though is set in a shady world of office workers and pig-headed men in suits with inspirational neon quotes and other stranger things. The track taken from recent ep Future Present Past hits all The Strokes checkpoints and continues to split opinion.

We think it’s a tasty little song and with an odd video it should be on your summer playlist for sure.
