The Strokes confirm comeback show with BBK Festival performance
The Strokes have confirmed their return to the live stage, marking their first show of 2019.
The news comes as Spain’s Bilbao BBK Festival announces The Strokes as their headliners alongside Weezer, Thom Yorke, IDLES, Rosalía, Brockhampton, Suede, Vince Staples, Hot Chip, Sleaford Mods, Princess Nokia, Idles and plenty more.
For The Strokes, it marks their first return to the stage in two years haven’t taken time away from the band to focus on solo projects. With that in mind, lead singer Julian Casablancas has been marked down for two shows in Bilbao and will play with his other band The Voidz.
