Rumours of The Stone Roses’ split continue to circulate, as it looks as if the company they formed for touring called ‘Second Touring Limited’ is set to dissolve on Christmas EVe.
Earlier this year, rumours began to circulate that the band’s show in Glasgow would be their last, before Ian Brown suggested at their Glasgow gig that once again. Now, it seems that Brown is working on a solo album.
Now documents on the Government’s Companies House show that ‘Second Touring Limited’ (which was set up by the band in 2015) had its First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off in October. This means unless contrary action is taken, the company will be struck off the register and dissolved on December 24.
