The Prodigy announce UK and Ireland arena tour for 2026 ahead of Glastonbury headline set
The Prodigy have confirmed details of a huge arena tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland in 2026.
The announcement comes ahead of The Prodigy making their highly anticipated return to Worthy Farm to headline The Other Stage on June 29th. They are set to close the bill on a stacked day with the stage also set to welcome Wolf Alice, Turnstile, Snow Patrol, Nadine Shah, Shaboozey, Louis Dunford and Joy Crookes.
Looking ahead to the tour, the band’s Liam Howlett said: “We’re bringing back that full experience of non-stop noise and beats from doors to getting chucked out. It will be that full Prodigy ruckus as it was then and how it continues to be now… and droppin’ new tunes for the people.”
Howlett also shared his joy at legendary DJ, Carl Cox, joining them for the ride, adding, “We’ve got our old friend Carl joining us so expect full attack mode, factor 9… Let’s go.”
Meanwhile, Cox shared: “I love working with these guys and it’s such a long time since I have. They knew me that last time I was out playing three turntables, and the type of music I was playing was hardcore rave music, so that’s what I’m going to be doing, playing that sort of sound and into the new skool, I’m really looking forward to it, so here we are Carl Cox and The Prodigy back again to rip up the dance floors.”
The run of dates is set to begin on April 15th, 2026, at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow and is set to visit Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Leeds, Belast and Dublin. They will also headline two nights at London’s OVO Wembley Arena.
Although The Prodigy returned to touring in 2022, three years after Keith Flint’s death, they have yet to release any music since the vocalist passed away in 2019.
Earlier this year, The Prodigy attracted huge crowds when they performed at Coachella, and their summer schedule also includes headline dates at Boardmasters, Y Not and Kendal Calling in the UK.
