The Pretty Reckless reveal world tour and new album, ‘Dear God’

The Pretty Reckless have announced a world tour in support of their upcoming new album, Dear God, set for release on June 26th.

The rock band, fronted by Taylor Momsen, will embark upon a 31-stop tour of North America, Europe, and the UK in support of Dear God, which is set to become their fifth studio album and their first release in five years.

The band is well seasoned in live shows; they have spent the last two years opening for AC/DC, and will continue to do so for much of this year.

Their own headline tour will kick off at The Ritz in Raleigh, North Carolina in July, before moving through cities like Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle, New Orleans, and Nashville throughout July, August, and September.

In November, the band will begin the European leg of the tour, kicking things off in Madrid at La Riviera. Following this, the rock outfit will travel to Barcelona, Milan, Prague, Berlin, Cologne, Amsterdam, and Paris, before heading for British soil on 28th November.

From there, the band will play in Wolverhampton, Manchester, and London, and close the whole affair off with a final show in Glasgow on December 3rd.

In anticipation of the new album, the band has released the first single, titled ‘When I Wake Up’, set with urgent, frenetic guitars and an undeniable vocal presence from Momsen.
