The Moonlandingz in session with BBC 6 Music
The Moonlandingz, a band that combines Lias and Saul of the Fat Whites will play their first ever live performance in session with Marc Riley’s on BBC 6 Music tonight.
The songs of The Moonlandingz are a north and south collaboration between The Eccentronic Research Council and The Fat White Family.
The Eccentronic Research Council’s fourth album, Johnny Rocket, Narcissist And Music Machine…I’m Your Biggest Fan, released on the Fat White Family’s Without Consent label on Monday May 18th 2015.
Accompanied by Adrian & Dean from Sheffield’s Eccentronic Research Council, The Moonlandingz will be playing songs from their forthcoming EP. It tells a story from the view point of a obsessive music fan, played and read by none other than Maxine Peake who stalks the lead singer of a fictional band called The Moonlandingz.
