Brighton’s The Great Escape Festival, which is the unofficial hotbed for emerging talent in Britain, has been confirmed to take place next May.
This years event was due to take place in May and celebrate the event’s 15th birthday. Of course, like much of the live music around the world, it was cancelled because of the global health pandemic preventing it from taking place.
It means that next year’s event will instead be the celebration of The Great Escape’s belated 15th birthday across the weekend of May 12th to 15th.
Rory Bett, CEO of MAMA Festivals says: “We are absolutely delighted to be returning to the beautiful Brighton seaside to celebrate The Great Escape’s 15th birthday next year.”
“Once again, we will be curating a line-up of the best in new music, and a conference schedule like no other. We look forward to welcoming back new and old fans alike to make our 2021 edition truly unforgettable!”
