The Charlatans will put on a free show in Manchester for NHS workers

Heroic Manchester band The Charlatans have confirmed that they will be putting on a show in their native city that will be free for NHS workers to attend.

The band are set to embark on a UK and Ireland tour beginning in Belfast on November 22nd but will squeeze the special NHS show in before setting off.

The band will be playing at the famed Gorilla club in Manchester on November 15th, and as a show of support for all their hard work during the pandemic, all NHS workers will be able to acquire free tickets as frontman Tim Burgess announced details in the Tweet below.

Further adding in another statement: “It’s been a testing couple of years for everyone, and we just wanted to say thank you to as many of our amazing NHS staff as we can. We can’t wait to get out there and play for them.”

NHS staff will be able to apply for tickets from October 1st, with further details expected on this front in the coming days.
