Tame Impala announces North American tour with Djo and Dominic Fike

Tame Impala have announced a North American tour with pop-rock star Djo and alternative R&B artist Dominic Fike.

Kevin Parker first teased the tour with a dusty sunset video online, simply captioned “Here we go again.” The clip was soundtracked by the opening single ‘My Old Ways’, on his latest release, 2025’s Deadbeat.

Inside the vehicle, two pine tree-shaped air fresheners hang above the dashboard; one read “DJO” while the other read “DOM”, hinting at his two huge support acts.

In the video, a cluster of American and Canadian cities is then listed, consisting of Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Montreal, Toronto, Boston, Charlotte, Nashville, Columbus, Minneapolis, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, and Houston.

Now, the ‘Dracula’ artist has confirmed that the North American tour is slated for July, August and September.

He will kick things off in Miama on July 7th, and conclude in Houston on September 19th; Djo will head up the first half, while ‘Mona Lisa’ singer and Euphoria star Fike will see out the latter half as the support.

Before this, Tame Impala will undertake plenty of gigs across Europe and the UK, beginning in Porto on April 4th, and winding through stops such as The O2 in London on May 7th, followed by shows in Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow.

This upcoming tour will follow on from a handful of dates from last October and November, which saw Tame Impala take Deadbeat on the road in Brookyln, Chicago, Austin, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Oakland.

Parker is likely to bring renewed energy to any upcoming tour. Last year, he shared that Deadbeat is inspired by bush doof culture, as popularised in the Western Australia rave scene. This new influence is a means of “recasting Tame Impala as a kind of future primitive rave act in the process,” he revealed.
