Stephen King

Stephen King, the famed American author, is best known for his prolific career as a horror and suspense novelist. He was born in Portland, Maine, in 1947 and began his writing career in the 1960s.

King’s novels have sold over 350 million copies worldwide, making him one of the most successful and influential authors of all time. He has published over 60 novels and hundreds of short stories, many of which have been adapted into movies and TV shows by directors such as Stanley Kubrick, David Cronenberg, John Carpenter, Rob Reiner and many others.
