Smokey Robinson claims sexual assault accuser recently broke into his property

Smokey Robinson has alleged that one of his sexual assault accusers recently broke into his property.

It’s alleged in new court filings that one of the accusers used an old key to gain access to a storage unit on his premises on November 22nd, 2025, and take numerous items belonging to the musician.

Robinson also claims that footage of the raid was caught on CCTV.

The court filing, obtained by Rolling Stone, reads, “All of this is captured on security camera footage from the storage facility showing Jane Doe 4 stealing box after box of the Robinsons’ personal belongings, loading the items into a car, and taking off with two accomplices.”

It continues, “Although the Robinsons may have once entrusted Jane Doe 4 with access to the storage unit during the time she worked with them, she no longer had any conceivable legal right to set foot in there – no less brazenly break in and steal from the Robinsons.”

In the legal filing, the Robinson family are asking for an emergency restraining order, the alleged stolen items to be returned along with any old keys, and for the woman to remain more than 100 yards away from the property.

The woman is one of four female accusers who served as housekeepers at his property, who launched a lawsuit against Robinson in May. They accused him of sexual assault, battery, and false imprisonment in a lawsuit, which Robinson denies.

Last month, two more alleged victims, one male, using the pseudonym John Doe, and one female, using the pseudonym Jane Doe, revealed their intentions in a legal filing to join the lawsuit.

Jane Doe 4, who is accused of entering Robinson’s property last month, worked for his wife, Frances Robinson, as a personal assistant and chef for nearly 18 years between 2006 and 2024.

In the lawsuit, filed in May, she alleged that Robinson first assaulted her in 2007 during a trip to his Las Vegas home.

Robinson’s attorney Christopher Frost previously described the allegations as “vile” and claimed “numerous aspects of the complaint that defy credulity as well as issues relating to purported timelines, inconsistencies and relationships between the plaintiffs and others”.
