The Chicago rapper Juice WRLD has died at the young age of 21. The artists, born Jarad Anthony Higgins, reportedly suffered from a seizure in the early hours of Sunday morning in the terminal of Chicago’s Midway Airport.
TMZ reports that the rapper arrived to the airport from a flight before suffering the fatal episode. The website also shared that the rapper was still conscious when he arrived at the hospital but died shortly after.
Born in 1998, the Chicago rapper was one of the first successful ‘SoundCloud rappers’, achieving wide acclaim for the music he put out in high school. The debut EP 9 9 9 arrived in 2017 along with his chart hit ‘Lucid Dreams’.
At the moment the cause of death is unknown but this is a developing story.
